YUM OH YUM
When at convention, we (Jo & i) wagged for a bit ...... we popped around the corner from the convention centre to this amazing Chocolate, chocolate & more chocolate place.
For this lay out I used the week 3 Sketch over at Scrapmuch

TEAM DELINKQUENT
It is great to get back to some scrapbooking... and I am on a bit of a roll.
I am so behind in my photos... I am working my way through my box of already printed photos and this one is from back in May.
I have used the sketch from My scraps&more sketches
This photo is of some of Team Delinkquent at the Stampin Up Convention in Brisbane .... May 2013... it was a celebration of 25 years of Stampin Up... so an amazing convention to attend.
Delys our team leader.... decided Delinkquent was an appropriate name for our group of Stampin Up demonstrators as we are often delinquents.... but we have fun doing it....

Wii FUN!
Santa brought me a Instax Instant Camera for Christmas... and in my favourite colour blue....
Today dawned very wet and brought all our plans for the days to a major "stop"... so what to do... we have all the kids and their respective partners staying... so it was decided a competition on the Wii was in order.
I decided it was time to try out my new camera.... then while they continued to battle I scrapped up this page and used the sketch from My scraps & more sketches #59 and the "Just add the Date Challenge at JAI
Lots of fun was had by all... and they were all impressed with the page I did.

FANCY DRESS!
Yeah... finally classes are over and I am nearly really for Christmas so I am sneaking in a spot of scrapbooking...
I am so behind in my photos again... so open my container of photos and I am starting from the front and working my way through.
I pulled these photos out of a fancy dress party we went to in May.... then checked out the monthly sketches and decided on the sketch at Scrapmuch
as the main page of these photos
The theme of the party was "Come as some one famous"..... so my husband and daughter went off to the costume shop and came home with the "Po" costume for my husband to wear!
This photo is of Jeff and mates in their chosen outfits.
I also did a "divided page" to complete the story
We had a great night

WHICH HAT?
As everyone was getting ready for their walk Ian (Cameron's Dad) tried out all his hats to see which one he would wear to start with....
I used the lovely sketch over at My scraps & more - sketches #53
He opted for the cap....
I used the lovely sketch over at My scraps & more - sketches #53
for these photos.... in this photo he has his "Christmas Hat" on.... it is a polar fleece type hat with a holly design on the top of it.... apparently it had a pom pom on it as well, but that has fallen off. He thought it was made as a school project by one of his boys.
He opted for the cap....
OFF THEY GO!
The next photos I scrapped are of all off them off and walking into the wilderness...
I used the sketch from Stuck sketches

I liked this sketch.... as it meant I was able to use these two photos of them walking away from me..
I have used the Simple Stories range of papers for this layout and I have also used a map of the area as well.
TONGARIRO CROSSING
Yea!!! finally I have been able to get back into some scrapbooking....Jeff (my hubby) and eldest daughter Kylie and friend Sean took on the Tongariro Alpine Crossing on Saturday and won!
Up very bright and early I had them at the start point, off and walking by 7am.... 9 hours later I collected some very tired and sore bodies at the other end....
Was it worth it..... OH YES!!!! was the answer..... so the next few layouts will all be about their adventure.
I took some photos at the start and then went and had them printed off that morning and relaxed at the house we rented and scrapped them....
The first of my layouts I used this great sketch from Inspired blue prints #109
I turned the sketch around and used a combination of three photos... As you can see it was a stunning day....
getting ready and by the start point.

FAVOURITE JOYFUL CHRISTMAS
This card is my favourite one using the Joyful Christmas
I love the vibrantness of the embossed red on the black....
I hope you are a having fun doing your Christmas cards.
SNOWMAN SAM....
For my November card class ..... I asked the ladies what they would like... we were doing Christmas Cards
1. A Red Robin (that was for the English ladies)
2. A Snowman
3. Something different
so here is Snowman Sam
he is a punch art Snowman.... I have seen a couple of different takes on this... but this is my one.
He was a real hit with everyone.... some aren't even going to send he off... they are keeping this card for themselves.
I must admit he is cute and was fun to put together.

JOYFUL CHISTMAS
My favourite stamp set for this Christmas as to be Stampin' Up Joyful Christmas from the current Holiday Catalogue.......
I have really busy creating with this set.....
Here are some of cards I have made with it....
Most of them have been embossed, with lots of fussy cutting to do the double layering.
Some of these have been "cased" and some are original.

Last weekend I held a "stamp-a-stack" for 7 lovely ladies .... they all got to make 20 Christmas Cards (4 designs - 5 of each).... so they are all ready to send out their Christmas Cards

They are all made with Stampin' Up products (especially as I am a Stampin' Up demonstrator)

& ME @ RAGLAN BEACH
When looking at this months sketches I saw that the first two at Scrapmuch were very similar
and so I used similar photos
just this time it is me at Raglan Beach instead.... same time, same venue... and again one black 'n white and one colour.
And because it is me... a bit more flowery.

JEFF @ RAGLAN BEACH
Love the sketch over at Scrapmuch
I have used these photos of Jeff when we were over at Raglan Beach for our 25th Anniversary in April.... I like the way I have used a coloured and black 'n white photo.... I had two coloured ones but enjoy mixing the two.
Again I have used the lovely Stampin Up Winter Frost DSP.
MISS JOHNSON
On a recent trip to Auckland, Jeff & the kids went to MOTAT (Museum of Transport & Technology) and Monique has her photo taken in the school room......
Sketch #49 over at My scraps & more sketches worked perfectly for these photos....

all very appropriate really as she is training to be a teacher...
I am really pleased with how it all came together, and Monique loves it too.
It is amazing what you can put together with a few "scraps" paper.
Thanks for visiting.

49 TODAY
I love multi photo sketches and so when I saw this on over at My scraps&more sketches
I was very keen to partake in this challenge
These photos were taken when we were down in Nelson ..... and taken on the day of my 49th Birthday. I saw this title in the silhouette library and knew it was just the perfect title for this page.... when I show Monique (my daughter) her response was "yeah right!" I think it is just perfect... and that's what counts.
I have used the lovely Stampin Up Winter Frost Specialty DSP... which is currently available in our Holiday
Catalogue.

ME!
As I have said previously I am trying really hard to get in front of the camera instead of always being behind it....
The Sketch over at JAI....
The Sketch over at JAI....
worked really well with one of these photos....
Kylie was in charge of the photo at this time.... It is a bit up close and personal... but not all that bad (if it was it would have been long deleted by now).
I have turned the sketch around and I am really pleased with how it has come out.
5 DAYS OF NELSON
In September Jeff and I went down to Nelson to visit our daughter, Kylie, and to celebrate our birthdays. Both Kylie and I September babies.
For the photos of this holiday I have done them in the "project life" way... being divided pages and then I have done a couple of special 12x12 pages ....
...... rather than post all the pages separately I have a collated 3 pages to show you all...
I really enjoy doing this type of scrap booking as it means I get to show off so many more photos. It is like doing lots of very mini pages.

MMmmm SAUSAGES....
I am really liking the sketches over at Sketch n Scrap this month and really love doing a multi photo layout..... so when I saw this one...
I really had to do it
When we go down to Nelson to visit with Kylie we love going to the Saturday Nelson Market.... Kylie and Jeff head straight for the Sausage Caravan and always have a Nurnberger Stadtwurst.... an extra long spicy sausage in a bun..... there is so many wonderful food stalls at this market.
AWESOME!
I am just loving this layout that I have just completed using the great sketch at Sketch n Scrap
I had so much fun playing with my masks & gesso and best of all my Silhouette.... the Title, arrow and mat were all done on it....
This photo was taken on a recent trip to Nelson Lakes... the scenery is just stunning down there... especially on such a beautiful day.

KARAOKE ANY ONE?
The sketch #46 at My scraps & more sketches
was great for these photos of.....
Jeff & Warrick on New Year's Eve in Westport. We went into a bar and they had professional karaoke singer there to get the "crowd" into it.... Some people were dancing to the karaoke singers. It was interesting to say the least... but we all joined in much to the singer delight!
I have used the lovely Stampin Up.....This and That Epic Day Papers.
JUST ME!
I am trying to be good and allow more photos of "me" be taken.... I am generally behind the camera and very comfortable there.....
I have used the week 2 sketch at Lets get Sketchy
