YEAH ANOTHER LOT OF PHOTOS FINISHED

 

Here are the divided pages that complete my previous post for 12x12 layouts for our Easter 2013 weekend.... I love the way the divided pages mean that you can add lots more photos to your albums and have a complete story but still have some wee mini layouts within the pockets.

This was a group shot of us at the Tauranga 2013 Jazz Festival.... we had a lovely big table at a prime site..... and we all had a lovely day.

US @ THE MOUNT

As part of our Easter 2013 outings... a walk around the Mount was one of them...

I used the sketch from My scraps & more sketches #63 for this layout

 

 

 Gavin had decided he had had enough "family time" so this is just the girls and us... it was a beautiful day for a walk.

EASTER EGG HUNT

For Easter I did a Easter egg hunt for the kids (18,20,22).... when I saw this sketch over at Creative Scrappers I knew exactly which photos I wanted to use...

 

The kids had lots of fun on this egg hunt and it was so very funny watch them running around the yard trying to work out the clues I had given them...

Looking forward to next Easter.... have to start to work on the clues now I think...

PIGGY BACK RIDE

My gosh... this year is already racing away and I haven't had the scrapping time that I had hoped to have.... but I finally have a couple of post

The first one is  for the mid month stretch over at Stuck Sketches

 

 

This photo was taken at Mount Maunganui after a walk around the Mount.... Kylie decided she had walked far enough and so it was up to Cameron to Piggy Back ride her back to the car.

I liked the simplicity of this sketch....

GISBORNE

As a result of the scrap space make over I have completed another subject of photos... good start to the New Year....

These pages are a record of a Stampin Up Team Training trip to Gisborne... in August 2013.... we had a lovely weekend.

SCRAP AREA MAKE OVER.....

Over the last few days I have done a major tidy/sort/clean/throw out etc.... of my scrap area.  I treated myself to some new purpose built furniture from Fun furniture from Paperzone in Hamilton.   From the first time I saw this furniture I loved it.... and finally I have purchased some and it was the best thing ever... being purpose built things fit nicely.   The great thing about this furniture is it comes in cubes so you can build it up over time.

As you can see  (top 3 photos) this area was very messy…. With bits and bobs stuffed in all places that I could… now it is all organised and tidy… and I have some much more work space (for now)…. Love that all my stamp sets are all in one place and so easy to see…. They are all in alphabetical order.

Now I just have to keep it tidy :) 

When was the last time you cleaned up your work space?   I am so happy with my new space.

BRISBANE WHEEL

Yeah... I am very excited to say that I have completed all the challenges for the month of December over at My scraps & more sketches... this layout is the final one for Sketch #58

 

On the last day of the Stampin Up Convention our group went off to ride the Wheel of Brisbane..... I am not one for heights but we got a great view from it.... Here we are before going on it.
